The Stables development, School Lane, Lower Halstow.

The Stables development was a contract to build four new-build houses of varying types; including three-bedroom, four-bedroom and five-bedroom layouts, as well as associated infrastructure works. The houses were constructed with a mixture of traditional facing brickwork and with sawn oak cladding to represent the construction of the stables which stood on the site previously. The houses were designed to incorporate air-source hot water and heating systems.
